Do you think mass customization of mobile phone features is possible? In terms of external design (outer appearance),I definitely agree with you. Yes,we should allow customers to specify their own design--no matter how bad it will turn out!
But what about allowing customers to choose their own desired features? SMS, video, 3G/4G, camera etc etc</description>
